Project Deployment Summary:
Prudential’s Group Life division uses ebusiness solutions to deliver information on premiums and other financial information regarding group life insurance.
From the information delivered by the ebusiness solution, Prudential executives view premiums, actuaries determine group life insurance rates, and corporate clients review their insurance statements.
Prior to the e-business solution prudential Group Life employees used to get information from the mainframe. The information was difficult to get from the dial-up. Prudential had so many different systems to pull data from it was a very time intensive process and complicated to manage.
